Employment and social affairs

Creating high quality employment and an inclusive society are among today's most pressing challenges. The public sector has a key role to play, facilitating discussion, providing leadership and mobilising resources. The underlying conditions for policy success are an openness to new ideas, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to bring together different groups in society.

  • Well-being and social protection
  • Digital platforms and the gig economy
  • Youth in the labour market
  • Diversity, equality and inclusion
