In 2025, EUMI actively engaged in a range of learning and development initiatives.
At Vilnius office - Happy Office is one of our strongest values - it’s the foundation of how we shape our everyday work life. It reflects our belief that a positive, supportive, and engaging environment is key to both individual wellbeing and collective success.
Our Workplace Experience approach brings this value to life by designing initiatives, spaces, and routines that help colleagues feel connected, safe, and inspired. It covers everything from daily office experience to health, safety, wellbeing, and cultural events - all aimed at making work meaningful and enjoyable.
Throughout the year, our team comes together through activities that encourage balance, growth, and community spirit:
Our community thrives on curiosity and connection beyond daily work. Initiatives & communities such as knowledge exchange sessions, parents, travellers, and hikers’ clubs, sustainability enthusiasts - help keep conversations alive across teams and interests.
Alongside mentioned activities, we continue to improve our office environment through thoughtful Workplace Experience and Health & Safety initiatives, as well as maintaining internal communication to ensure transparency, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.

Every year since 2012, around World Health Day, we turn a single day into a full Health Week, making space to focus on wellbeing. This year was a reminder that caring for both mind and body helps us show up better for ourselves and each other. So, we took time to rest, move, and check in!
We started the week by focusing on two key things: movement and mindfulness. That included a kick-off of our traditional Sports Challenge (please see the results below), plus something new - an EQ Challenge in collaboration with the Mindletic app.
Throughout the week, we welcomed guest speakers who inspired us and covered meaningful topics. Local sports coach shared practical techniques for staying active in a sedentary job, while Ribologija organisation led an important discussion on consent and how to foster a culture of respect.
We also made space to rest and take care of ourselves with massage therapy, blood work, vaccinations, and body composition checks with the help of Rezus.lt clinic, first-aid training with Svarbus Žingsnis, pet-friendly office for a whole week and healthy snacks at the office.
At Brussels office, we are continuing to strengthen our office culture through a set of practical well-being initiatives designed to make everyday work healthier, calmer, and more connected.
This year we have set up a dedicated well-being group to gather colleagues’ ideas and turn them into tangible improvements for daily office life.
We are also introducing a regular focus day each Wednesday, alongside a monthly calm day on the last working day, to create space for concentrated work and a steadier pace.
To support healthier routines, we are improving the range and variety of snacks available in the office, making it easier to choose nourishing options throughout the day.
Finally, we are prioritising community and team spirit through an Advisory team-building activity and a yearly all-colleague event, bringing people together to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate our shared achievements.

In September 2025, a colleague from Brussels office was warmly welcomed by the HR & Operations Team at the Vilnius office, as part of our ongoing commitment to staying connected across locations.
The visit was a great opportunity to exchange good practices, share insights on daily operations, and strengthen the relationships that support our work as one team.
Moments like these reflect the value of learning from one another across offices and keeping our shared Verian culture close, even when we work in different places.
