The purpose of the evaluation is to consolidate evidence and key outcomes from external evaluations and surveys to guide strategic decision-making and shape the new ETF Strategy 2028-34. The evaluation is therefore highly desk based and relies on all existing evaluations, reports, and documentation on ETF’s interventions over this period. The evaluation allows us to use our in-house Verian AI tool to apply a systematic and comprehensive review, complemented by thorough manual quality assurance and interviews for validation. We are glad to have this opportunity to inform ETF’s strategic decision-making and to enhance the added value of ETF in the EU neighbourhood.
