  • Improving quality, equity, inclusion and success for all learners.
  • Unlocking opportunities through lifelong learning and cross-border mobility.
  • Leading the way in supporting green and digital transformations in education.
  • Empowering educators by enhancing skills, motivation, and collaboration.
  • Strengthening European higher education, and
  • Reinforcing Europe’s global role.

This evaluation played a crucial role in shaping the future of the EEA, providing vital insights that helped refine the EU’s strategic framework for education and training in the subsequent years. Built on a foundation of collaboration and co-creation with key stakeholders, it reflected the collective input of diverse voices across Europe from national to EU level. The outcomes guided the Council as it set future priorities, ensuring that the EEA continued to evolve and respond to the needs of learners and the labour market.
