Evaluation of the human resource development and social cohesion in Lithuania and assessment of the prospects for 2014-2020
The overall purpose of this assignment was to assess the effectiveness and impact of the structural assistance in the period 2007-2013 in the areas coordinated by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour and provide recommendations for 2014-2020.
The project team carried out the following tasks:
- Provided an overview of the situation and future trends in the policy areas coordinated by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour;
- Assessed the effectiveness and impact of Measures funded by Human Resource Development OP (Priority 1 "Quality of Employment and Social Inclusion") and Social Cohesion OP (Priority 2 "Quality and Accessibility of Public Services");
- Provided recommendations on the priorities, objectives, measures in the policy areas coordinated by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour for EU structural assistance in 2014-2020.
The team produced an evaluation report and presented its conclusions during a stakeholder conference on 20 September 2013.
