PPMI has started another year of preparing country factsheets for the Gender Equality Index 2023
In February 2023, the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) contracted PPMI to create user-friendly country factsheets for the Gender Equality Index 2023. These factsheets are designed to effectively communicate the Index results to audiences across EU Member States and the EU.
The country factsheets will provide a snapshot of the key trends and developments in gender equality in each Member State and the EU as a whole. They will also focus on how gender intersects with other social inequalities, such as age, disability, migrant background, family status, and educational level. Additionally, the factsheets will highlight gender equality and the European Green Deal’s socially fair transition, which represents the thematic focus of the Index 2023.
To develop these factsheets, the research team will conduct a detailed analysis of the Gender Equality Index scores and indicators specific to each country. PPMI understands the importance of presenting information in an easily understandable format for both experts and non-experts alike. As a result, our team will employ visualizations and adapt the content to a digital-only format, ensuring that the factsheets are accessible and easy to comprehend.
