ONEILO SIRAYE is a coordinated Programme to advance decent work and inclusive industrialization in key priority sectors identified in the Second Ethiopian Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP II), Home Grown Economic Reform Agenda and the Ten years perspective plan. The Programme brings together ILO's key departments and global programmes such as Better Work, Vision Zero Fund, SCORE, LABADMIN/OSH and INWORK.
Our evaluation will explore how the ONEILO approach, as umbrella for the programmes and departments, has enhanced the work of ILO in the country and maximised on efficiency and impact through enhanced coordination and coherence. We are excited to identify the lessons learned from this approach that can inspire its Phase II, but potentially also inform the design of ONEILO approaches in other countries!
