After the successful completion of our study of the Moldovan childcare sector and identification of interventions to enhance opportunities for women to return to the labour market, ILO contracted us to conduct a similar study in Ukraine. To support Ukraine in expanding childcare access for children aged 0-3, PPMI will explore alternative childcare models in Europe and determine which models were successful and replicable in Ukraine.
At the end, we will select a few case study countries and organise a study visit for Ukrainian officials to meet with, and learn from, their counterparts.
