The European Commission has published the first Innovation Report of the Community for Educational Innovation (CEI), produced by PPMI | Part of the Verian Group as lead partner of the HEInnovate consortium.
The report focuses on "Entrepreneurial Skills and Mindsets in Education", synthesising insights from the CEI's thematic activities conducted between March and June 2025. It consolidates perspectives from three interactive webinars featuring 10 speakers from across Europe, an onsite study visit in Barcelona, stakeholder interviews, good practice calls, and community polls. The report highlights innovative approaches to embedding entrepreneurial competences in education systems and offers policy recommendations based on cross-cutting issues and context-specific solutions identified by the community.
As the lead organisation of the HEInnovate consortium - alongside CHE Centre for Higher Education, LOW Associates, and Touch4IT - PPMI | Part of the Verian Group manages the dynamic growth and animation of the Community for Educational Innovation. The CEI is an EU-led policy and practice community with over one thousand members representing higher education institutions, vocational education, business, civil society, and public authorities.
The second thematic strand of CEI, "From Research to Impact: Bridging the Innovation Gap in Higher Education", is currently underway with activities planned through November 2025.
