HR Generalist

We are looking for a responsible people loving colleague to join our HR team!

PPMI is a leading European research and policy analysis centre. We provide actionable insights, develop shared understanding among stakeholders, and enable policy implementation to bring about positive and lasting change.


  • Care for people, can-do attitude, ownership
  • 2+ years of relevant experience; general knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including international talents
  • Diplomacy and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Good command of spoken and written Lithuanian and English

  • Working in cooperation with the Head of HR towards employee journey (support employees and managers on employee relations, development, wellbeing and more)
  • Helping to develop recruitment practice by executing candidate attraction initiatives
  • Owning the candidate experience through the entire candidate life-cycle: from placing job advertisements and interviewing applicants to on-boarding
  • Guiding on-boarding and off-boarding: first day/week/month activities, exit process coordination
  • Organising and coordinating training activities
