HR Generalist

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Vilnius, where you’ll work in shaping our people practices both independently and collaboratively.

PPMI (part of the Verian Group) is a leading European research and policy analysis centre. We help public sector and civil society leaders from around the world, presenting evidence in a way that is simple, clear and ready to use. YOUR ROLE

  • Drive recruitment efforts by executing candidate attraction initiatives
  • Own the candidate experience through the entire candidate life-cycle: from placing job advertisements and interviewing applicants to onboarding and beyond
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first day/week/month activities and exit coordination
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR and a team of four to enhance the entire employee journey, including support for employee relations, development, wellbeing, and more

BRING TOGETHER WITH YOU

  • A passion for people, can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a general understanding of employment laws and practices
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including international talent acquisition
  • Diplomacy and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
