Vitalis Nakrošis

Since 2003 Vitalis Nakrošis is a partner in PPMI and currently holds the position of Director of Research and Policy Advice. His main responsibility in PPMI lies in evaluation and policy analysis, performance management, education and training. Vitalis was involved in more than 40 PPMI projects and acted as a team leader in about 20 projects, including large evaluation projects commissioned by the EU institutions or the Lithuanian authorities.

Vitalis is also employed as a professor in public administration in the Institute of International Relations and Political Science (Vilnius University) where he is researching and teaching public administration and public policy. He is involved in various government commissions and working groups, including the Public Management Improvement (“Sunset”) Commission under the Government of Lithuania and the Better Regulation Monitoring Commission under the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy.
