Milda Venckutė

A Senior Researcher from 2020, Milda joined PPMI in 2017. She has educational background in Political Science gained through the studies in the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University. Prior to joining PPMI, Milda participated in various interdisciplinary projects, scientific expeditions, educational courses and other training activities, which contributed to her thorough knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, good academic writing skills and proficient analytical competences. As part of her daily work, Milda collects data, conducts cross-country research, coordinates studies, expert work and stakeholder consultation activities.

 

Key areas of expertise

  • Key policy areas: education and training (focus on lifelong learning and VET), communication, labour market, and sport
  • Methods: qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, including desk research, in-depth and semi-structured interviews, surveys, case studies, participant observation and statistical analysis using R and PSPP
