Jessica joined PPMI in January 2021 as a Research Assistant and has been working as a Junior Researcher since July 2021. She aquired a Bachelor's degree in the field of political science and international development at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. Before joining PPMI, Jessica has worked as a Junior Researcher in the field of social policy for a research and consulting company and interned at a human rights NGO, where she conducted qualitative and quantitative research and provided policy analysis. Jessica has experience with data collection using various methods, such as interviews, surveys, and desk research. She is a native German speaker, proficient in English, and has intermediate knowledge of Lithuanian and French. Her areas of interest include development policy and social policy.
