Gintvilė joined PPMI on January 2018 and since then has been contributing to projects in the fields of education and training, economics and finance. One of her main projects she is working on is EC “Network of Experts on the Social Dimension of Education and Training” (NESET) in which she’s holding Deputy administrative coordinator’s role. Her responsibilities in the Network involve ensuring smooth communication between the Coordination team and the Members, overseeing and managing support tasks for producing Network’s deliverables, organisation of the Annual Conference and much more. Gintvilė is also contributing to other projects by implementing qualitative and quantitative analysis, report drafting and conducting surveys.
Previous to working in PPMI, Gintvilė participated in M&C Saatchi World Services (London) traineeship where she joined Development team and was contributing to the implementation of the projects related to healthcare and youth-empowerment in developing countries. In addition, she had gained experience through internships at French Institute, Svajonių Dirbtuvės and various other volunteerism-based initiatives.
