Dursunjemal Halimova joined PPMI in January 2021. Her main area of expertise includes higher education, research, innovation and business development. Before joining PPMI she has gained first-hand experience in higher education as a program coordinator at Central European University and Academic Skills Advisor at American Councils for International Education. Dursun has extensive experience in conducting desk research, interviews, surveys, statistical analysis and writing reports. She has published a policy paper on positive youth development as a visiting research fellow at George Washington University in the U.S. and led a field research on youth activism in Myanmar. Dursun has BA in Political Science and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria and MA in Public Administration from Central European University.
