Aistė joined PPMI as a junior researcher in September 2020. She has an interdisciplinary educational background in political science, international studies, and public policy. Her key areas of interest are gender equality, socioeconomic inclusion, human rights, and the impact of emerging technologies in these areas. Prior to PPMI, Aistė gained experience working as a university research assistant and project coordinator in various human rights NGOs. At PPMI, she primarily contributes to projects related to gender equality, inclusion, and the labour market by conducting desk research, drafting reports, and analysing data.
