Measuring baseline and preparation of the methodology for monitoring publicity programmes of environmental issues

In this report the existing monitoring of two measures (from the Cohesion Promotion Action Programme) for the publicity of environmental issues VP3-1.4-AM-08-V „The establishment and development of the publicity system of environmental issues" and VP3-1.4-AM-09-K „Implementation of information and education campaigns on issues of environment" was examined. The main objective of this study was to develop a methodology for the value estimation of result indicators and establish their baseline. Additional monitoring indicators were proposed and recommendations how to reach better results of the measures were provided.
