PPMI contributed to the study on incentives for parents with young children to return to the labour market after parental leave

At the end of last year, the European Parliament published the study "After parental leave: Incentives for parents with young children to return to the labour market"

This study examines the employment situation of parents with young children in the EU and specifically the factors that affect parents’ return to the labour market. The paper identifies interventions that could help parents return to work after a family-related leave and improve the labour-market integration of unemployed or inactive parents. In addition, the study outlines possible additional actions at the EU level.

The study was produced by the consortium led by Rand, with PPMI's contribution in providing case studies for Lithuania and Hungary.
