Lukas Pukelis

Lukas joined PPMI in 2016. Currently he is also a PhD student in the University of Tartu, Estonia where he is conducting research on mechanisms used to solve collective action problems in Baltic coalition cabinets. In addition to this Lukas takes part in “Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem)” project, where he works as a country coordinator for Lithuania.

At PPMI Lukas mostly focusses on statistical and Big Data analysis and development of methodological designs for the ongoing projects, with the special emphasis on social, education, and health policy fields.
