Lukas Pukelis

Lukas joined PPMI in 2016. Currently he is also a PhD student in the University of Tartu, Estonia where he is conducting research on mechanisms used to solve collective action problems in Baltic coalition cabinets. In addition to this Lukas takes part in “Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem)” project, where he works as a country coordinator for Lithuania.

At PPMI Lukas has done statistical analysis and methodological design preparation on a number of projects, with a special focus on social and education policy.
