Egidijus Barcevičius

Egidijus Barcevičius has over 15 years of experience in conducting studies and evaluations of various public policy initiatives and providing advice to decision makers. He has a strong track record of working with and leading multi-national expert teams. He worked for a variety of national and international clients at various levels of government: municipal authorities, national ministries, the European Commission and its agencies. Egidijus conducts training on public administration and public policy analysis, is a lecturer at Vilnius University and author of a number of publications, and provides comments to the media.
