The Education Exchanges Support Foundation commissioned PPMI to carry out the mid-term evaluation of the Erasmus+ programme implementation in Lithuania. The aim of this assignment is to assess how the participation in this programme contributed to development of the national education system and non-formal learning in the field of youth. The evaluation is expected to demonstrate what qualitative changes at system and organisational level have occurred as a result of the Erasmus+ projects implemented by programme beneficiaries in Lithuania.
The project will focus on analysis of good practice examples – projects that distinguished themselves in terms of innovative and sustainable outcomes, policy relevance, communication potential, project design, etc. This analysis will be informed by the administrative and monitoring data provided by the Education Exchanges Support Foundation and the Agency of International Youth Cooperation. In addition, an extensive desk research and custom-designed interview programme, as well as multiple focus groups with relevant target audiences will be organised to support this evaluation with evidence.
